I know that Anh Hung Tran’s “I Come with the Rain” is a bit divisive, but I liked it. It’s messy, gruesome, seems unfinished or rather … unfocused at times, but it’s an interesting movie. Neo-noir meets serial killer/detective meets christianity allegory. I have a feeling on the second watch I’ll give it four stars.
