The Wi-Fi service library allows your app to connect to other devices via Wi-Fi and exchange data. The Wi-Fi service library also provides a hotspot aggregator capability, which allows an app to perform authentication to supported Wi-Fi hotspots on the user's behalf and connect the user's device to the hotspots.
