Register all provider functions

This section describes the function hu_RegisterSbg56(), which enables support for all functions from Security Builder GSE.

hu_RegisterSbg56()
Enables support for all algorithms from the GSE56 software provider (but for algorithms available in multiple variations, only one is enabled).
